加入WTO后 ,我国旅行社面临的最大挑战是如何留住优秀员工。对我国旅行社留住优秀人才的三大策略即环境策略、薪酬策略和员工发展策略作了探讨 。
The greatest challenge Chinese travel agencies face after the entry into the WTO is how to keep the excellent staff. The paper explores three strategies (eg. environment strategy, salary strategy and staff development strategy) in order to benefit travel agencies in the process of increasing their core competitiveness.
