摘要
测量了RbTiOPO_4晶体的压电应变常数,结果为d_(33)=4.0,d_(31)=-0.3,d_(32)=-3.3,d_(15)=12.7,d_(24)=6.4×10^(-12)C/N.
The piezoelectric strain constants of RbTiOPO_4,crystal have beenmeasured.The results obtained are d_(33)=4.0,d_(31)=-0.3,d_(32)=-3.3,d_(15)=12.7,d_(24)=6.4×10^(-12)C/N.
