摘要
从山东鄄城味精厂周围环境和发酵裂解液中分离得到三株噬菌体(Tp—1、Tp—2、Tp—3).电镜观察表明三株噬菌体在形态上是相似的,头部呈多面体,尾部细长,无鞘,属于长尾噬菌体类.DNA 的 EcoR Ⅰ和 Pst Ⅰ酶切分析结果表明在噬菌体 Tp—1和 Tp—2之间有一定差异.同时对噬菌体的寄主范围,感染特性,热稳定性和 pH 稳定性作了分析.
Three phages of Brevibacterium Tianjinese,signed Tp—1,Tp—2,Tp—3,were isolatedfrom the environment and phagolysates of fermentation—tanks in monosodium glutamatefactory of Juan Cheng,Shandong province.They were characterized by morphological ob-servation,restriction endonuclease analysis,host—range relationship,infective properties,thermal—inactivation and pH—stability.Electron microscopic observation showed thatthree phages were similar in morphology and all of them had long noncontractile tail,belong-ing to styloviridae.DNA of phages were digested by EcoR Ⅰ and Pst Ⅰ enzyme.It was foundthat the restriction maps were different between Tp—1 and Tp—2.Their thermal—inacti-vation,stability at different pH values were tested.The survial rates of three phages were de-clined rapidly at 50℃,They were stable at pH6~11,but not stable at pH3~4.
