摘要
采用屏蔽库仑势形式,通过计算—维体系中电子——电子相互作用的U,V,W,X 各项值,分析了Hubbard 模型、KSSH 模型等的不足,并给出它们适用范围的参考标准。
The electron—electron interaction term U,V,W and X have been calculated in a one—dimensional system with square potential wells by adoptting the screening Coulomb form be-tween electrons.The disadvantages of Hubbard model and KSSH model have been analysedand a suitable applicable range for each model has been given.
