摘要
微格教室是培训师范生教学技能的重要实践场所,只有从教学实际出发,正确选取和建设适用的微格教室,并从组织管理、排课管理、设备管理、资料管理、经费管理等方面制订一套科学系统的管理办法,才能充分发挥微格教室的功能,提高微格教室的使用效率,确保微格教学的效果.
Microclassroom is the most important practice place where the teaching students are trained to improve their teaching skills.Neither can the functions of microclassroom be fully fulfilled, nor its efficiency improved, nor the results of microteaching ensured, until the teaching practicality is taken into consideration, suitable microclassroom is correctly selected and constructed, a set of scientific and systematic managements are established in terms of organization management, classes arrangement, facility management, data management, and outlay management, etc.
