略论多校区大学的体育融合

Brief Talking on P.E Integration of Multi-campus of University

从分析我国多校区大学形成的特点出发,思考多校区大学的体育工作改革,笔者认为:将并校给大学体育工作带来的机遇性优势转化现实优势的关键,在于实现现实性融合,其实质是体育管理工作的体制创新和资源重组,体现在"四个融合"和"五个统一"上。在并校改革的大背景下,体育工作融合的速度和深度决定着学校体育发展的速度和水平。

Starting from the analysis of the characteristic of the multi-campus of the university form,together with the working experience , we ponder over the sports working reforms of multi-campus of the university . We think that to realize real integration is the key to convert the advantage of opportunity to the work of sports to its real advantage brought by the integration. Its essence is system innovation of the sports management and recombination of the sports resource ,which reflect on' four merges' and on' four unifies'. Under the great background of reforms, the sports merging speed and degree of depth determine the speed and competence of development of the university.
