摘要
以三溴苯基缩水甘油醚为阻燃单体,研究了具有阻燃特性的高活性聚醚多元醇的合成方法.着重考察了催化剂、反应物料比、投料方式、反应时间等因素对阻燃聚醚多元醇物理性质及收率的影响.分析结果和应用试验结果表明,适宜原料配方为环氧乙烷、环氧丙烷和三溴苯基缩水甘油醚的物质的量之比为2:7:1.5.国产25#PU软泡配方中混配高活性的结构型阻燃聚醚多元醇质量百分数为23.0%时,氧指数达到28.5,与6.5%甲基膦酸二甲酯复配使用,氧指数提高到32.0,其它物理特性也满足了GB2406-1993的要求.
High-reactive structural and flame retardant polyether polyol was prepared with glycerol as initiation and tribromophenyl glycidyl ether as the flame retardant. Focused study was made on the effect of catalyst, mass rate, feeding method and reaction time on the properties and yield rate of the product. Analyses and applied experiment results indicated that the suitable raw materials mole rate was 2:7 :1. 5(ethylene oxide/epoxy-propane/tribromophenyl glycidyl ether), the OI of soft PU foam was 28. 5, and when prepared with dimethyl methylphosphonate in soft PU foam, the OI reached 32. 0. Besides, the other physical properties meet the demand of GB2406-1993.
