SnO_2基压敏陶瓷的烧结

摘要 通过对影响SnO_2基压敏陶瓷的烧结添加剂CoO,Cr_2O_3,Nb_2O_5,Ta_2O_5,La_2O_3等化合物以及不同烧结工艺条件对SnO_2密度的影响的研究,给出了添加剂的影响结果,并对其进行了理论解释;对烧结工艺条件进行探索,分析其结果,并给出相应的理论解释。为SnO_2基压敏陶瓷烧结的进一步研究提供了依据。 The effect of additives in the SnO2-based varistor, such as CoO, Cr2O3, Nb2O5, Ta2O5 and La2O3, and different sinter conditions on the density of SnO2 is studied in this paper. The effect is expanded in detail and pertinent theoretical explanations are made. Besides, thorough analysis is made on the sinter conditions with results obtained. The study is of reference value for further investigation into the dense sinter of SnO2-based varistor.
