摘要
通过对铅酸蓄电池结构组成及工作特性的分析,比较了铅酸蓄电池剩余容量的相关参数,开发出OCV法铅酸蓄电池剩余容量在线检测系统。该系统由8031单片机、并行I/O接口和数据输出显示电路组成。实验证明,此系统能准确显示蓄电池容量当前状态,实现了实时检测。
With analysis made to the unique structure and operating properties of lead acid batteries and comparison made to all the remaining pertinent parameters, a new online testing system is developed in this paper for the capacity testing of lead acid batteries: the open circuit voltage (OCV) method. It is composed of a single-chip machine with parallel I/O joints and data output circuit. Experiments show that the system can display the current state of the capacity directly and accurately, thus realizing on-the-spot testing.
