The paper discusses and analyzes a series of problems exist between the size grade of present FZ/T42005——1998standard for mulberry doupion silk and the product quality reflected by it. Then it puts forward the plan to divide the size gradeinterval again and to increase some grades, and some measures and suggestion to improve the size quality of doupion silk.
