摘要 以直线电磁泵为基础的FAI技术已经成功地应用在四冲程摩托车上,最大的突破在于FAI喷油器能够实现传统电喷系统中油泵、调压器和喷油嘴3个部件的功能。采用氧传感器的闭环控制,能够满足排放法规对生产一致性的要求。与传统的电喷系统相比较,FAI系统具有成本低、可靠性高、对原车改变小、系统耗电量与磁电机发电特性相适应、对油品不敏感等优点。FAI电喷摩托车还具有故障自诊断系统。 The FAI which is developed on the basis of linear electromagnetic pump has been successfully used on 4-stroke motorcycles, with its important breakthrough featuring that the FAI injector can realize the functions of fuel pump, pressure regulator and nozzle which are equipped in the conventional EFI system. The closed-loop control with an oxygen sensor equipped can meet the requirements of production conformity stipulated in the emission regulation. Compared with the conventional EFI system, FAI features low cost, high reliability, less changes in the original vehicle, adaptability of power consumption with the generating characteristics of magneto, non-sensitivity to fuels, etc. Also the EFI motorcycle has a self-diagnotic system of faults.
