摘要
根据JKY2.5/2B液压提升机的有关参数,在SIMLINK的环境下,建立了液压提升机仿真系统模型。该仿真模型将提升机制动部分和主传动部分统一在一个系统中,并包含了饱和与死区等非线性环节。仿真结果说明,制动系统节流阀过流面积、提升机载荷、司机操作方式等因素与提升机斜坡起步下滑有关,为提升机的动态设计提供了良好的仿真方法。图7,表1,参10。
A simulation model of JKY2. 5/2B hydraulic hoist is established using SIMLINK software. The simulation model which includes deadband and saturation nonlinear units is consists of main driving system and braking system. The simulations of main shaft speed and pressure p2 are finished with deferent across areas of throttle in braking system and hoisting loads and operator's running speeds. The simulation shows that the phenomena 'start up but sliding down on slope' has relation with across area of throttle in braking system and hoisting load and operator's running speed. This paper provides a simulation model for dynamic design of hydraulic hoist. 7figs. ,1tab. ,10refs.
