回转窑支承系统疲劳寿命与轴线关系及预测方法 被引量:4

摘要 回转窑运行中由于轴线偏移,支承载荷分配不均导致托轮轴疲劳断裂。通过对回转窑托轮轴进行力学分析,导出托轮轴疲劳寿命损伤模型,根据支承载荷分配与轴线偏差的线性关系,得出回转窑支承系统各托轮轴疲劳寿命与轴线偏差的关系;结合现场实例介绍了根据检测回转窑的运行轴线,预测支承系统疲劳寿命的方法,为回转窑的维护与调整提供理论依据。研究表明回转窑支承系统疲劳寿命对轴线偏差的变化非常敏感,合理的进行轴线调整,能有效提高支承系统疲劳寿命,防止托轮轴运行中突然断裂。图2,表1,参10。 Axis line deflection and asymmetric load distribution of the rotary kiln induce the cracking of supporting shaft frequently. By mechanical analyzing to the shaft of supporting wheel, the model of supporting wheel fatigue fate is derived. According to the linear relation between the distribution of supporting load and axis line, the relation between the axis line and fatigue fate of support system is gained. The practical example is given how to predict fatigue fate of supporting system with axes measuring. That provides useful theory reference to maintain and regulate rotary kiln. The result indicates that the fatigue fate of kiln supporting system is extremely sensitive to the variety of axis deflection. The reason axis regulation can available increase fatigue fate of supporting system and prevent the suddenly cracking of supporting shaft in running. 2figs. , Itab. , lOrefs.
