摘要
配流阀是水压凿岩机的重要部件,阀芯的质量、结构、运动行程直接影响冲击活塞的频率,同时也影响凿岩机冲击机构的效率。为了减少水压凿岩机配流阀的泄漏及其能量损失,设计出一种新型配流阀。其阀口采用锥面形式,另外还采用了优化的不等阀开口量技术,并且阀芯中空结构减少了阀芯质量,经理论分析和计算表明,新型配流阀泄漏少,压力损失小,能耗低,且提高水压凿岩机的冲击效率。图3,参10。
Control valve is one of important parts of water hydraulic rock drill machine , mass , structure and moving distance of valve core not only have influence on impact frequency of piston , but also on efficiency of impact component of rock drill machine. In order to reduce leakage of water and energy consumption of control valve, a new type of control valve is designed to be cone-shaped valve surface and researched by means of optimization of in-equivalent valve gap, meanwhile valve core is designed to be hollow so that mass of valve is reduced. By theory calculation it is shown that the control valve brings about much less leakage of water, consumption of water pressure and energy consumption, also improve impact frequency of rock drill machine. 3figs. ,10refs.
