金属材料熔点温度多个热物性的测试 被引量:3

摘要 通过测定固、液相界面的移动速率来确定金属及合金在熔点温度附近的导热系数、导温系数、电阻率等多个热物性参数。对于熔点温度较低的镓、伍德合金熔点热物性参数可用相变导热反问题的近似分析解求得,对于熔点温度较高的铅、锌的热物性参数可用数值计算与实验相结合的方法测定,并设计了相应的测试装置。测试所得的结果与文献数据吻合较好,误差小于15%,而且测量较简便,该方法可用于金属及合金相变条件下固、液相多个热物性的测试。图2,表1,参10。 Many thermophysical properties datum of metallic materials at melting point temperature have been determinated by measuring the propagation ratio of the liquid-solid phase interface. Thermophysical properties of Ga, wood's alloy with low melting point temperature can been gained from approximate solution of inverse phase-change problem. Thermophysical properties of Pb, Zn with high melting point temperature gained from combination of experiment and numerical simulation. The structure of the instrument and experimental procedures are described in this paper. The reliability of the new method is experimentally comfirmed. It can been used to determinate thermophysical properties datum of metallic materials at melting point. 2figs. ,1tab. ,10refs.
