摘要
结合某高层住宅楼基础施工实例 ,介绍了可变式扩底支盘桩工艺原理、施工要点和质量控制要求 ,指出该项技术能够有效地缩短桩长和减少桩径 ,提高单桩承载力 ,减少桩体成孔后孔的坍塌及缩径现象。
The construction principle, key points and quality control requirements of changeable compacted bearing disk pile are introduced. Author points out that this technology can effectively enhance bearing capacity of single pile and reduce the length and radius of pile as well as some common failures such as hole collapsing.
