从确定企业的核心员工、吸引和留住核心员工的激励性措施、机制及约束性机制等方面阐述了留住企业核心员工的具体措施 ,提出只有解决好这一问题 。
In terms of determination of the incentive scheme and constraint mechanism in enterprise the concrete measures are proposed for enterprise to reserve their kernel employee which relate to the health development of Chinese enterprises.
