摘要
介绍了风险投资的风险问题、人才问题、风险资本问题 ,并针对存在的问题提出了扩大风险资本来源渠道 ,完善资本有效退出机制 ,培养风险投资人才 ,建立、健全风险投资法律。
According to the issues existed in risk investment such as risk problem, personnel problem and risk capital suggestions are proposed to tackle those issues which content expanding capital sources ways, establishing effective exit mechanism of capital and other related laws and regulations.
