摘要
本文应用自行研制的润滑状态测试装置对细纱锭子在高速运转时,其上滚动轴承的金属接触率以及采用不同的锭子润滑油时的锭子润滑状态进行了测试分析,对改善锭子上滚动轴承的润滑状态及锭子润滑油的选用提出了几点结论。
By using of the lubrication condition testing system developed by ourselves, this paper has tested and analyzed the metallic contact time fraction and Lubrication condition in using different kinds of spindle oil on a spindle roller bearing. Then several possibilities regarding the improvement of the lubrication condition on a spindle roller bearing and choosing the kind of spindle oil are put forward.
