Implementation of Image Wave Filter By C + + Builder

文章以数学形态学为基础 ,利用C ++Builder语言编程 ,通过对一幅钢筋图像进行处理与分析 ,实现了数字图像滤波器 ,并利用该滤波器对钢筋数目进行了统计 ,取得了满意的结果 。

In this paper, digital image wave filter is realized according to Mathematical Morphology by C + + Builder language programming. Disposing and analyzing an image of reinforcing steel bars, computing the numbers of the bars by applying the filter prove satisfactory and practical.
