This article presents the main characteristics of Zapex1510encoding chip for MPEG and its operating model,cir-cuit of the airborne audio and video recording system based on the chip,and the design flow of the software.This system can be applied to the afterwards analysis of combat condition of fighter plane and the estimation of routine training effect.
