摘要
以4mm×2mm半导体放电管为例,论述了薄型小缝隙半导体放电管自动涂胶机研制的关键技术,对薄型小缝隙半导体放电管自动涂胶的实现、涂胶针头的改进设计、热设计以及涂胶后的下料进行了详细的阐述,并给出了实现的具体方法和机构。
This paper introduces the key technology and realization in the development of thin-type with little gap automatic pasting equipment for semi-conductor surge arrester in detail.It mainly presents the special solutions to the key problems in the design of the pasting.
