咪喹莫特的波谱学数据与结构表征 被引量:1

摘要 对咪喹莫特的红外 (IR)、紫外 (UV)、质谱 (MS)、氢 氢相关谱 (1 H 1 HCOSY)、碳氢相关谱 (HMQC)、碳氢远程相关谱 (HMBC)予以解析并进行了报道。对所有的1 HNMR、1 3 CNMR谱的信号进行了归属 ;讨论了质谱的主要碎片离子的可能的裂解方式和红外特征吸收峰所对应的官能团的振动形式。 The infrared spectrum, ultraviolet spectrum, mass spectrometry, H-1-H-1 correlated spectroscopy (H-1-H-1 COSY), (H-1 detected) heteronuclear multiple-quantum coherence (HMQC), (H-1 detected) heteronuclear multiple bond coherence (HMBC) of Imiquimod were reported and interpreted. All the H-1 nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and C-13 NMR chemical shifts were assigned by means of H-1-H-1 COSY HMQC and HMBC. The chemical structure of the main characteristic fragmentations and the vibrations of functional groups of this compound were discussed.
