摘要
报道了卡托普利 Cu+络合物的极谱吸附波。在 0 .0 2mol LH3 PO4溶液中 ,卡托普利与Cu2 +发生氧化还原反应 ,生成卡托普利 Cu+络合物 ,在单扫描示波极谱仪上于 - 0 .44V(vs.SCE)处产生一灵敏的吸附还原波。该吸附还原波二阶导数峰电流与卡托普利浓度在 1.8× 10 - 7~ 1.8× 10 - 5mol L范围内呈线性关系 ;方法的检出限为 8.0× 10 - 8mol L ;回收率在 98.0 %~ 10 3%。
An absorptive wave of captopril-Cu + complex has been reported. The complex was formed by oxidation reaction between captopril and Cu 2+ in 0.02 mol/L H 3PO 4 solution. An absorptive reduction wave of captopril-Cu + complex was obtained by single-sweep oscillopolarography. The second derivative peak potential was at -0.44 V(vs.SCE), and the peak current was linearly proportional to the concentration of captopril over the rang of 1.8×10 -7~1.8×10 -5mol/L. The limit of detection was 8.0×10 -8mol/L. The recoveries of captopril in pharmaceutical sample were 98.0%~103%.
