用正交实验法优选荔枝核的澄清剂,结果表明:采用澄清剂为15％氯化钠溶液,用量12％,温度20℃,澄清效果最好。

The clarificant in Semen Litchi were studied by means of orthogonal design. The results show 15% sodium chloride was affiliated (its dosage was 12% dry weight of Semen Litchi) under normal temperature, and the clarification was the most effetive.
