集成化质量信息管理技术在中国企业的实践

Development of Integrated Quality Information System:A China Experience

面对日益激烈的市场竞争,中国制造业充分认识到信息技术在企业质量管理中的作用,在制造企业内实施集成化质量信息管理的需求快速增长。然而,质量管理信息化建设是一项复杂的系统工程,涉及企业经营战略、运营模式、信息技术、现代质量管理理念、质量管理与控制技术、企业文化与社会人文环境等诸多因素。本文基于作者多年来在中国企业推广集成化质量信息管理软件系统的实践和大量的企业调查,就集成化质量信息管理技术研究、系统开发和企业实施展开论述,分析并总结了中国企业质量管理信息化建设的现状、问题与困难,并提出了一套在行之有效的实施思路与方法。

In the face of increasingly severe market competition, Chinese enterprises have ac-knowledged the important role of information technology in the Business quality management, and the rapidly increasing needs of implementation of integrated quality information management in the manufacturing industry. However, the establishment of quality management information integra-tion is complex system engineering, comprising corporate business strategy, operation model, information technology, advanced quality management ideology, quality management and control tech-nology, corporate culture and social & human culture background, etc. The paper is based on the practice and survey from Chinese enterprises on promoting the software system of integrated quality information management, discusses its technical research, system development and practi-cal implementation, analyzes and summarizes the status quo, problems and difficulties of the establishment of quality management information integration in China, and propose a package of ef-fective implementation thinking and method.
