摘要
根据对一般效应及这些效应在模型中的特定值的分析,可以得出在封闭经济条件下对参与者和整个社会来说都有利的并购必须具备的条件。这些条件是政府制定并购规制政策的依据。
According to the analysis of common effects and their specific values in the model, this paper draws the necessarily satisfying conditions for both the participants and the whole society to be beneficial under closed economic conditions, which are relied on by governments to make regulations and policies for merger.
