摘要 应用心理契约的理论对企业领导人与员工的互动关系进行探讨分析,并认为心理契约是联系组织与员工的纽带,企业领导人只有了解组织中的心理契约机理,正直、守信,遵守心理契约,才能在企业内建立上下相互信任、承诺的关系,激发组织成员齐心协力朝着企业长远目标奋进。 The author of this paper analyses and inquires into the interactive relationship between business leaders and employees by psychological contract theory and considers that psychological contracts are the link between the individual and the organization, and business leaders will build up the committed and trusted relationship between the employees and leaders in organization and motivates all members of organization to put their strength together for the long_run targets of organization as long as the leaders understand psychological contract theory, have character of the integrity and comply with psychological contracts.
