摘要
近年来一些国有房地产开发企业在政策环境的吸引及比较利益的驱动下,盲目投资开发,致使产品大量积压,企业亏损严重。以江川县房地产开发公司为典型案例,对导致房地产产品积压的原因进行深层分析,对探索如何化解房地产开发企业不良贷款提供一种思路。
In recent years, attracted by the policy environments and driven by the comparative interests, some state_owned real estate development firms have invested blindly, which led to products in great stock and incurred a loss. This paper takes the real estate development firm of Jiangchuan county as a typical case, analyzes what resulted in real estate products in stock, which is referential significance of dissolving the bad loans in the real estate development firms.
