In recent years, attracted by the policy environments and driven by the comparative interests, some state_owned real estate development firms have invested blindly, which led to products in great stock and incurred a loss. This paper takes the real estate development firm of Jiangchuan county as a typical case, analyzes what resulted in real estate products in stock, which is referential significance of dissolving the bad loans in the real estate development firms. 
