摘要
在中国经济转轨过程中,由于历史、现实等各种因素的影响,社会信用严重缺失,对中国经济和社会发展造成了严重危害。提高社会信用水平是当务之急,要做到这一点,需要从规范政府行为、构建信用体系、完善立法执法和树立诚信道德观念多个层面来进行。
In the period of economic transition in China, due to the influence of various factors such as history and reality, the breaking credit has been a widespread phenomenon, which is harmful to the economic and social development of China. So it is a pressing issue to improve the credit quality. It should undertake the regulation of government behavior, construction of credit system, improvement of law and establishment of morality.
