开环补偿、闭环控制曲轴加工微机数控系统

摘要 介绍新研制的由微机、数显、磁尺、驱动源构成的闭环跟踪控制、开环补偿的步进数控装置。与开环步进系统相比,该系统精度高,可控制在0.01mm之内,与闭环直流数控装置相此,价格低一个数量级,故其性能价格比高。经过多年现场运行,表明该系统稳定、可靠,使用方便,效益显著。 Presents a new developed CNC equipment composed of microcomputer, digital display, inducer and driving power.Introduces design of the hardware composition, the detective logic unit composed of linearity magnetic inducer and magnetic grating digital disply device, and the software composed of modulazized programs. It's characterized by the closed loop tracing control and open loop compensation. Its control accuracy (within 0.01mm)is higher than that of open loop stepping CNC system and its cost is much lower than that of closed loop DC motor driving system, so it possesses with a high functioncost ratio. Operating for several years shows it's steady, reliable and convenient.
