Ni_3Al单晶体和Ni_3Al-Mo复合材料的拉伸形变组织

摘要 拉伸形变过程中,Ni_3Al单晶体的滑移线呈直线,TEM组织显示大量的线型位错。Ni_3Al-Mo复合材料的形变组织显示曲折型滑移线和纤维多重断裂特征。低温形变的Ni_3Al基体和Mo纤维中都存在高密度位错;高温形变时,动态回复加快,位错密度降低。 Structure of the materials was observed by optimal microscope and transimisson electronic microscope, During tensile deformation, the slip trace in Ni_3Al single crystal is straight and a number of linear dislocation exists. Deformed microstructure of Ni_3Al-Mo composite presents winded slip trace and multiple broken fibers. In both Ni_3Al matrix and Mo fiber, the higher dislocation density existed in low temperature defomation; but in high temperature deformation the dislocation density decreased for the movingrecovery was quickened.
