摘要
教育学是师范学生必修的一门课程,该课程的教学是使学生顺利走上工作岗位的前提和保证。要达到这一目的,必须改变教学策略,特别要对教学内容进行重组,使教学的主体向学生转化,引导学生把教育学课程理论转变成教学实践能力,使学生听懂、能用。
Pedagogy is a compulsory course for students in teachers college. The teaching of this course is a premise to guarantee the students successfully occupy their job positions. For this aim, some teaching policy needs to be changed. Reorganizing the teaching contents will lead the teaching subject to students and transform the theories into practical capacity so that students can easily understand and practise them.
