摘要
用蒙特卡罗方法模拟固体中电子散射的计算量很大,为此给出一个描述这一过程的矩阵方程。该方程只涉及乘法运算,用于转换散射电子的空间坐标。计算方便、节省机时,明显优于习惯上使用的直角坐标系方程。
To avoid complex computation in Monte Carlo simulation for electron scattering in solid, a new matrix equation to describe the process is presented. Using the equation to transform spatial coordinate of scattering electron only involves with multiplication. It's convenient and superior to usual equation of Cartesian coordinate system, and the computer time is saving.
