In this article, authors introduce the design, features of the construction management and main construction techniques of the steel structure residence of Beijing Jinchen Apartment. On the basis of the construction practice of this project, authors consider such aspects of steel\|reinforcement\|concrete composite structure residences as structure styles, joint structures of enclosure walls, and structure construction sequences and so on.
