砂浆与饰面砖粘结强度的试验研究

Test Study of Adhesive Strength Between Mortar and Tapestry Brick

介绍了粘结强度的测试方法 ,进行了灰砂比、环境湿度及拉力反复作用对砂浆与饰面砖粘结强度影响的试验。分析认为砂浆干缩和外墙室内外温差变化是导致外墙饰面砖粘贴一段时间后出现脱落的重要原因。

In this article, authors introduce the mortar adhesive strength test method and some tests, which were made to determine influences of cement sand ratio, environment humidity, and repeating pulling force on the adhesive strength between mortar and tapestry brick. With these test data, authors conclude that the mortar dry shrinkage and the change of internal external temperature difference of exterior walls are important reasons which cause pull off of exterior wall tapestry bricks a period of time after construction.
