摘要
利用过氧化物酶(POD)同工酶对河北省10个大豆生态区的大豆种质资源进行了研究,结果共有18种谱带类型。酶谱类型1的材料最多为24份,酶谱3、18类型材料最少,均为1份。酶谱变异估计值(EVIB)最大的大豆区是冀中、中南、南低平原洼淀、旱薄、盐碱区EVIB为3 97;其次为太行山麓平原水肥优越区EVIB为3 07;EVIB值最小的大豆生态区是冀北承德山地多雨半湿润区EVIB为1 65,其次为冀北张家口山地少雨旱薄区和冀中低平原沧州多雨盐薄区EVIB均为1 89。
Soybean germplasm resources collected from ten ecological areas of Hebei province were analyzed with POD enzyme. The results showed the presence of eighteen types of isozyme bands in total. Type 1 had the most germplasm resources of 24 whereas type 3 and type 18 were found only one respectively among the varieties. Estimated variation Value of isozyme bands (EVIB) 397 was the highest in the areas of central, central south, low plain in the south, dry and poor soil fertility, and the salty. EVIB for the fertile piedmont area of Taihang Mountain was 307. The minimum EVIB of 165 was found in the semiarid mountain area in the Chengde, and EVIB of 189 at the dry mountain area in Zhangjiakou and at the salty low plain in Cangzhou.
