摘要
气力输送应用广泛,但存在着能耗高等缺陷。应用虚拟仪器技术可实现气力输送能耗参数的自动检测。检测系统的硬件包括气力输送装置、孔板、压差传感器、扭矩传感器、变频调速器、可控硅、数据采集板等。系统软件应用LabWindows/CVI实现数据的分析、计算和处理,得出检测试验的回归方程。基于虚拟仪器的气力输送能耗参数检测系统可显示能耗指标与其参数的关系曲线,并得出能耗最小时的最佳参数组合。
It has defects of high energy consuming in pneumatic conveying but the application virtual instrument technology can measure parameter of energy consuming in pneumatic conveying. The system has hardwares such as pneumatic conveying equipment, hole board, press difference transducer. The systematic software can analysis and dispose data and educe regress equation of measurement test, using LabWindows/CVI. Parameter measurement based on virtual instrument in pneumatic conveying can display curve of relation between energy consuming and its parameters, educing best combination.
