摘要
本研究利用某大型工矿企业的尾矿废渣试制了渗水砖。采用现代测试技术分析了废渣的化学组成、渗水砖的相组成及渗水砖的理化性能和微观结构。结果表明 ,该渗水砖强度达 2 4 .2 0MPa。渗水率为 3.4 9× 10 2 L/m2 ·s,抗热震性好。
The osmotic brick was made from wastes slag of ore dressing of a factory in this paper. The chemical composition of wastes salg was analysed by X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometry, The samples' phases composition,properties and macrostructure were studied byTG-DTA, XRD,SEM and so on.. The results show that the bending strength is 24.20MPa, the osmotic water rate is 3.49×102L/m 2·s,and thermal shock resistance is good. SEM analysis revealed that micrographs of cross section of the brick have a large porosity.
