摘要
为开发含木质素磺酸镁的制浆废液利用 ,本研究在改性反应中不采用三聚氰胺 ,而是采用甲醛和含磺酸基化合物与红液反应引入了羟甲基和磺酸基 ,目的是提高其对水泥的分散作用和对混凝土减水率的稳定性。结果显示 :改性后的制浆废液对水泥的分散作用显著提高 ,减水率达 19.0 %。
In order to improve the dispersion performance to cement of the sulfite pulping spent liquor containing magnesium lignosulfonate and increase its water-reducing ratio to concrete,formaldehyde and a compound with a sulfonic group instead of melamine resin, were used to react with the sulfite pulping spent liquor so that hydroxymethyls and sulfonic groups could be introduced into the molecules of magnesium lignosulfonate.It was showed that the modified product had obvious effect on the dispersion performance of cement and stability of water-reducting property. Up to 19% of water reducing ratio was obtained.
