摘要
分析了机车车轮踏面剥离的原因 ,提出制造厂自身应采取的解决措施。建议成立专家课题组对其进行系统全面的分析 。
The reason for wheel tread\|stripped is analysed,and the measures which should be taken by manufactory itself are proposed.Setting up an expert group is suggested in order to analyse the system completely and solve the problem thoroughly.
