摘要
低温失控现象是液晶电光器件应用中的主要问题之一,尤其是光电测距仪这类野外仪器更需要解决这个问题。本文在综合比较现有液晶器件加热方法的基础上,提出了液晶器件驱动控制和加热共用同一导电膜进行的共膜加热法,从而可以有效地克服液晶器件的低温失控问题。

Control failure at low temperature is one of the major problems in the application of
liquid crystal elements. An answer to this problem is particularly in urgent need for such
field instruments as those used in EDM. Based on a comprehensive comparison among
various heating methods applied to liquid crystal elements, this paper proposes a new
heating method in which driving control and heating of liquid crystal elements are car-
ried out by using a common electric conduction film, thereby the problem of control fail-
ure at low temperature of liquid crystal elements can be overcome effectively.
