摘要
运用均匀设计方法,研究了交流电弧稳定性与焊条药皮辅料之间的关系,建立了二者之间的数学模型.方差分析表明,回归方程呈高度显著,并给出了三种辅料交互作用对稳弧性影响规律曲线,用以预测电弧稳定性或控制药皮辅料的配比,也可以直观地分析焊条药皮辅料的作用.
The correlation of a.c. arc stability with coating components was studied using uniform design method. The mathematical model was established, and the variance analysis indicates that the equation is highly effective. 2 typical examples of many schematic diagrams were also given, which can reveal the affected laws of 11 coating components and their interactions on the arc stability. According to the mathematical model, the arc stability can be forecast or the coating components can be controlled. And the effects of coating components on the arc stability can be analyzed directly by the diagrams.
