摘要
通过稀土元素铈、镧和混合稀土对工业纯铝组织的改善,研究了它们对工业纯铝机械性能的影响,并利用金属学原理和凝固理论对其机理进行了分析.结果表明,加入质量分数为0.2%-0.3%的稀土元素La或0.4%的Ce,可以提高工业纯铝的拉伸性能;加入质量分数为0.2%-0.3%的稀土元素La或0.1%-0.3%的Ce,可以提高工业纯铝的延伸率;而混合稀土对工业纯铝的拉伸性能没有明显的影响.
By means of rare earth elements Ce, La and M - RE improving industrial pure aluminium microstructure ,the effects of them on mechanical properties of industrial pure aluminium were studied in this paper. The mechanism of rare earth elements improving the mechanical properties of industrial pure aluminium was also discussed by means of metallurgy principles and rapid solidification theories. The results show that the addition 0.2%-0.4% La and 0.4% Ce in industrial pure aluminium can improve its mechanical properties, and 0.2%-0.3% La and 0.1%-0.3% Ce in it can also improve its elongation, but mixed rare earth elements can' t remarkably improve the mechanical properties of industrial pure aluminium.
