摘要 依据三角测量原理,建立了一种三维物体形状测量系统,并对系统的参数进行了分析与设计.该测量系统利用颜色编码技术和数字投影技术实现了三维测量.只需摄取一幅图像就可以获得可视面形全部的三维信息,非常适合于高速、实时在线测量. A 3D measuring system according to triangle measuring principle is presented and system parameters are preliminarily analyzed and designed in this paper. Function of 3D measuring system is realized by means of color-coded technique and digital projection technique. An image captured by the digital pick-up camera is enough to obtain 3D information of the surface which is visible. This technique is very suitable for high speed, real-time and on-line measurement.
