统计分析是一种十分有效的质量分析和控制手段。以控制图法为例介绍了统计方法在铸造生产质量控制中的基本应用,包括控制图的统计学原理、控制图的设计及计算、利用控制图观测和分析工序过程是否处于受控状态.
Statistics is an effective method for quality analysis and control. Taking control chart as an example, the author introduces the application of control chart in casting production, including the statistical principle of control chart, the design and calculation for control chart. And also it has been discussed about how to observe and analyze the control state of process in terms of control chart.
