摘要 研究了马尾松KP浆单段氧脱木素的影响因素,正交实验得出单段氧脱木素最佳的工艺条件为:NaOH用量3.0%,氧压0.5MPa,温度110℃,时间60min,脱木素后浆的白度可达51.4%SBD,与原浆相比,白度可提高12.9%SBD。由此研究了在两段氧脱木素中,不同温度和用碱量对第二段氧脱木素的影响,并探讨了H_2O_2加强的单段和两段氧脱木素的效果。结果表明,在氧脱木素过程中添加适量的H_2O_2可以增加脱木素浆的白度,并使浆的粘度降低很小。 In this paper, some factors which influence the one-stage oxygen-alkaline delignification of kraft Massonwood pulp are studied with the orthogonal test. Results indicate that the best technical conditions are as follows: the dosages of MgSO4 and NaOH are 0.5% and 3.0%, oxygen pressure is 0.5MPa, 110℃ and 60min. The brightness of the delignified pulp can reach 51.4%SBD. The influence of temperature and the dosage of alkali on the second stage of two-stage oxygen delignification is studied. The process parameters of the two-stage oxygen delignification technology are defined and the effect of the addition of H2O2is also discussed. Results indicate that proper addition of H2O2 can increase the brightness and decrease the loss of viscosity of the pulp.
