应用虚拟私有数据网络技术实现远程电力监控系统 被引量:6

摘要 首先论述了虚拟专用网络(Virtual Private Network,VPN)的概念、原理及发展前景。VPN是在公众数据网络上建立的私有数据网络,采用“隧道(tunneling)”技术,通过公共路由网络传送数据分组。作为一种方便的、高效的企业互联技术,VPN目前在全世界范围内迅猛发展。然后以上海交大动模实验室为例,提出了应用VPN技术建立远程电力监控系统的方案。该方案利用Windows2000操作系统提供的VPN解决方案,在Internet上构建虚拟专用网,使安全性得到了保证。在监控系统人机界面的开发中,使用了内嵌WebView功能的组态软件Cimplicity,并采用了流行的Client/Server结构,实现了远程操作。最后对将VPN技术用于电力系统远程电力监控或数据共享提出了建议。 The concept, principle and foreground of virtual private network (VPN) are presented. VPN is a private data network established on public Internet in which the 搕unneling?technology is employed to transmit data packet through public Internet. As a convenient and efficient enterprise mutual-link technology, VPN is undergoing a rapid worldwide development. A scheme to implement a remote supervisory control system based on VPN technology is given. Taking the application of VPN to dynamic modeling laboratory in Shanghai Jiaotung University for example, in this scheme the VPN solution provided by Windows2000 operation system is used to constitute a virtual private network on Internet, thus, the security of the VPN can be ensured. In the development of the man-machine interface of the supervisory control system the software“Climpicity” with embedded WebView function is applied and the prevalent Client/Server architecture is adopted to realize the remote operation. Finally, some suggestions for the remote supervision and control and data sharing of power system are put forward.
