高强耐火粘土砖的研制

摘要 通过真空浸渍处理工艺,向粘土质耐火砖试样孔隙浸入磷酸盐和硫酸盐系列溶液,并进行适当的热处理。制得高强度耐火粘土砖的试验结果表明:浸渍处理后的试样,常溫耐压强度均获得了不同程度的提高,体积密度增加,气孔率下降。本文就浸渍处理工艺对产品性能的影响机理作了探讨。 By the vaccum, impregnation processing which can make the solutions of phosphates and sulphates seep into the holes of fireclay brick samples and then the proper heat-treatment, the high-strength refractory fireclay bricks are obtained. The result shows that the compressive strength at normal temperature of impregnated samples is raised in varying degree, their bulk density is increased and the porosity is decreased. This paper has also studied the mechanism of the effects of vaccum impregnation processing on properties of products.
