摘要
报道了利用LBO晶体对Nd∶YAG纳秒激光器进行腔外倍频实验的研究结果 ,实验中LBO晶体采用Ⅰ类非临界相位匹配 (NCPM ) ,温度调谐。实验证明 ,采用LBO温度调谐方式具有倍频效率高、稳定性好、易于调节等优点 ,当匹配温度为 8.4℃、基频光功率为 1 .3J时 ,获得了 85 5mJ的 6 6 0nm倍频光输出 ,最高转换效率达到6 6 % ,倍频光能量稳定度小于± 3%。
A research detail of Nd∶YAG 1.319μm extracavity doubling using LBO crystal is reported. LBO crystal is adopted by type? Ⅰ noncritical phase matched(NCPM) and temperature tuned.The experiment shows that using LBO type? Ⅰ noncritical phase match is effective to get a higher SHG efficiency. With a 1300mJ incident pump laser while temperature is 8.4℃,855mJ 660nm TEM 00 mode red laser is obtained,the conversion efficiency is up to 66% and the power instability of output laser is less than ±3%.
